With all the huge
billion dollar bailouts, the enormous
earmark and wasteful pork spending, Obama
is putting this country deeper in debt
for decades to come.
The promise Obama made to us, regarding
no increased taxes for 95% of all
Americans, may or may not apply to 95%,
but what is certain to apply, is the
children and grandchildren of the 95% who
will be burdened with the enormous taxes
Obama promised he wouldn’t impose on
95% of us.
America, are you starting to understand
what Obama is truly doing to this country
and its future? Our children and
grandchildren will never have the
opportunity to know and experience
prosperity like you and I and our parents
knew. Has anybody actually stopped for a
moment and thought about what’s
happening?
Obama’s radical changes are
happening slowly so nobody will notice.
By remodeling this country, little by
little, into a totalitarian state, sooner
than later, most Americans will become
complacent and treat all Obama’s new
changes as business as usual.
Are these really the changes you
“thought” Obama was talking
about? Of course not. You wanted change
from the Bush, Cheney Administration; you
wanted change from Washington corruption;
you wanted change from big government
interfering in our lives; you wanted
anything that would give you hope, and
everybody had their own definition of
hope. Obama truly came across as the one
person who not only “could” but
“would” bring all your hopes to
a reality - by constantly using the one
word that reflects hope - and that one
word was change.
While our government is growing bigger
and our freedoms are being downsized, we
continue texting our friends, playing
with our iPods and watching our big
screen LCD TV’s. When we lose our
jobs or fall on hard times, we put the
blame of the gloomy economy on the greedy
Wall Street players. Yes, greed has
overcome our society, but many of us who
lived beyond our means, must also take
some blame.
But there’s more to what’s
happening in our daily lives; it’s
what we don’t see and the changes
being made to our country while we sleep,
that are the most disturbing. We have
become so blind that we can not or do not
want to see where the real road to
destruction originates. The clearing and
leveling of the old road started at the
White House, where a new foundation is
already in place. With a concrete plan of
majestic proportions, in the hands of the
government, the road to destruction is
being built with Obama’s blueprint.
Obama
and his administration MUST KNOW, that
what they’re doing to this country
is destructive! They just have to know;
they all can’t be ignorant to what
they’re doing - can they? So, the
question is, WHY is Obama destroying the
very country we love so much.
Could it be we’re allowing these
radical changes to take place because we
don’t love America that much
anymore? Could it be because things are
changing so fast and that we don’t
trust the media to be fair enough to
report what is really happening and what
we should really know? Is journalism dead
and are WE the ones who have changed?
When we read about all the many things
that are going wrong in our government,
the media has a sneaky way of blaming a
variety of people, offices and agencies.
Whomever is blamed, we don’t
associate blame with Obama - the media
keeps him pretty safe as well as having a
White House Secretary who often spins the
blame elsewhere. When you follow the
dots, they always lead to one person,
Obama - the true architect of
destruction.
Obama
- A Cult-Like Figure
American’s
voted for a cult-like figure with their
emotions. Did they really want the
government to take over the financial
institutions, the auto manufacturers, to
own their homes, tell them what kind of
car to drive and how far they can drive
it, to say no taxes for 95% of all
Americans, only to eventually have to
raise other taxes on goods and services?
Do they really want the government to
decide how much money they can earn
before having to pay higher taxes? Is
this the kind of change American people
thought they were going to get? My take
would be, no, they didn’t know. All
they wanted was a new, cult-like figure
who could lead them into the promised
land, through change.
Obama campaigned on the word
“change”, never explained what
he meant by change and nobody asked, not
even the media; but people fell for it,
anyway. Obama’s prime objective was
for power, to get elected, no matter what
it took to get there. Using the word
change was like the word hope, and it
worked! People were tired of the Bush
Administration, wanted change from Bush
and voted into office someone who is far
more dangerous than Bush or Cheney
combined.
On a recent cable biography program, it
mentioned that as a boy, Obama needed to
be liked and loved. When he asked for
something, he got it. He always enjoyed
the limelight and got upset when things
didn’t go his way. With always
getting his way, he never had any
appreciation for free enterprise, nor did
he appreciate liberty, since he never
really had to work for what he gained.
That same way of thinking holds true for
him today. Obama feels nothing is beyond
his power and therefore, I believe there
is nothing he feels he can not do. By not
carrying out his many promises would seem
to him, a weakness, that would harm or
diminish the people’s high regard
for him as their leader or prophet.
Obama’s recent setback on the
closing of Guantanamo, was a hard blow to
Obama’s ego. But don’t fret,
he’ll come back with a bill the
senate can’t refuse.
Now as president, he uses snap judgment
on his every beck and call. When he says
do it, he demands it now, no matter what
it takes to get it done and no matter
what it costs. Everything he does is
quick and called an emergency; without
debate or a 5 day public notice as he
promised. Sound familiar? He appointed
all “yes’ people to his cabinet
to carry out his orders without any
concept of cost or responsibility. If
there’s a problem, he lets his White
house press secretary, Robert Gibbs, make
a fool of himself, spinning
unintelligible answers to the media/press
queries.
The reason this country isn’t being
run like a profitable business is because
the government plays with other
people’s money, taxpayer’s
money. Real businesses have a bottom
line; and that is making a profit using
their own “earned” money. If
they fail, they don’t have the
special interest privileges and massive
government bailouts to pay bonuses to
their irresponsible managers and
ultimately save their “too small to
succeed” businesses.
Obama will
ultimately fail or we will lose our
freedoms. Obama continuously shows his
true colors; it’s just that so many
American’s are color-blind. Obama
still thinks he’s on the campaign
trail. He hasn’t learned how to be
the Commander In Chief. He’s more
like the Commander In Thief. He’s
still acting like a spoiled little brat
with power. He is truly the Master of
Disingenuousness.
Thanks to the men and woman who fight for
our country’s freedoms, I can say
this.
Are
We Headed Down the Road To Socialism?
With
a very radical (Jeremiah Wright type)
president in office and with the US
leaning so far left, we’re no doubt,
being lead down the road towards
Socialism, which is putting it mildly.
How about a one-party system, like
communism, which is a form of socialism;
that in time, abolishes private
ownership.
The US has already bailed out our banks,
financial institutions and auto
companies, unilaterally, without the will
of the people, resulting in taking over
51% ownership of these companies and with
very long strings attached. For one man
to have the power to fire the CEO of a
major US auto company and appoint for
replacement, without having to go through
the legal procedures of a company and
shareholders, is totally undemocratic and
way out of line, to say the least.
We’re becoming a one-party system,
with the majority of Democrats in
Congress and in the Senate, not to
mention a sitting Democrat as president.
When Minnesota’s Al Franken finally
takes the Senate seat, he will be the
60th vote needed for a filibuster-proof
Senate. So much for fair and balanced
decisions.
Now the big question is who will
President Obama select to fill the
upcoming vacant justice department seat.
It’s almost certain it won’t be
a Republican. It is said Obama will most
likely appoint a pro-choice person with
his equal opportunity priorities of
color, gender and nationality, who judges
by feelings, over a patriotic person who
is justly fair, uses common sense and
who’s best qualified.
Obama’s stance is to use the equal
opportunistic laws, still on the books.
Perhaps Obama should appoint a Black,
Lesbian Woman or a Hispanic Transgender;
either would fit the bill and both can do
just as good a job as an Old, White Man,
who’s totally out of touch. Yeah,
I’m out of line here; just like the
Obama administration is totally out of
line with your tax dollars and your
country. This is pretty scary stuff.
The real question is: When President
Obama rules with his right hand and his
teleprompter, is anybody watching what
he’s doing with his left hand?
A
Closer Look
Let's take a look at
Obama: To many, Obama is slick, sly,
demeaning, egotistical, rehearsed, and
very good with scripts. His long
"and's" and "that's"
are very annoying and makes you wonder if
he's making it up as he goes along. He
conveniently blocks out remembering
certain people and things in his life.
When the media unveils a negative past
association, he doesn't even flinch. He
puts off the issue by saying he doesn't
want to talk about it.
There is probably a lot
more to this man, that is sure to
surface, later before sooner - things you
might not want to hear about. Right now,
though, he's safe; because anything that
goes wrong for the next two or three
years in his administration, will be
blamed on Bush. Of course, there will
always be the ol' I don't want to talk
about it cover. And, it's pretty certain
he'll get away with it. (These are just
my thoughts and not necessarily factual).
Bush AND Obama were elected for all the
wrong reasons. You thought (I'm guessing
here) they are both charismatic, and they
are. They're guys you would like to have
a beer with. They both have drive and
enthusiasm. They are both fairly young.
They both have nice looking families.
They both ran on change; Bush to bring
back family values and conservatism and
Obama, to return to radical change.
It was all the above and the word
"change" that got your
attention. Your eyes and ears were closed
to all the clues and the truth that the
press and a few media outlets brought
into your view. But you didn't listen or
check things out for yourself. Well,
Obama is in and you're about to
experience a kind of change you weren't
expecting. This is one of those
"mark my words" phrases your
parent(s) or an adult said to you when
you were young and thought you knew it
all.
So, dig deeply into your pockets and get
out your checkbook. Get used to big
goverment, big spending and lots of new
taxes (ah, I mean fines). California and
New York are already drawing up lots of
new fines and increases in government
goods and services. And OK, lots of new
taxes. This will certainly be change.
Obama may have
said he's going to spread the wealth
(like Robin Hood), but won't that just
make big corporations move to other
countries that don't impose such high
taxes? Won't they outsource more jobs? I
mean, won't they just pass their losses
to us? It's the small businesses who will
be hurt. But hey, why buy from mom and
pop when there's a Wal-Mart down the
street. (I'm not knocking Wal-Mart; I'm
making an example). Mom and pop may not
be able to survive under an Obama
administration. The piggy bank is about
to be broken.
We can not allow our country to become
more "socialistic" than it
already is. With President Obama's
radical far-left agenda, I can not wish
Obama well; but I do wish our country
well.
I can only pray, that leaders with common
sense and moral values, will come forward
and return this country to its people. We
must defend and honor the United States
Constitution, its values and its laws. We
must return to total capitalism and
demand that elected politicians and all
appointees, serve the people and not
serve their greed.
We must also remember that the government
IS the people; it is BY the people and it
is FOR the people. We can not let it
perish from the earth.
